What is TIGER BALM® WHITE and when is it used?

TIGER BALM® WHITE contains the active ingredients camphor, menthol and various essential oils.

Due to its composition, TIGER BALM® WHITE is best for the complementary treatment of cold symptoms such as:

  • Inflammation of the upper respiratory tract
  • Cough/catarrh
  • Runny nose/nasel congestion
  • Limb pains.

TIGER BALM® WHITE can be used externally for light headaches.

During pregnancy and breast-feeding, TIGER BALM® WHITE should not generally be used. If it is used, then only for a short period of time, not over a large area of the body, and only if prescribed by a doctor. Adults: In the event of colds, coughs and inflammation of the airways: rub a hazelnut-sized amount (ca. 2 g) of TIGER BALM® WHITE onto the chest and back in the morning and evening and keep the area warm with a woolen or cotton cloth.

In the event of mild headaches: apply a small amount (pea-sized, approx. 0.5 g or less) of TIGER BALM® WHITE to the temples or forehead.
